REPORTING FORM FOR ACTS OF DISCRIMINATION / MOBBING / HARASSMENT AT WORK 

Reporting inappropriate conduct is not always easy for employees or external people. Fear of repercussions, embarrassment and other factors may deter them from reporting situations that contribute to a toxic environment and undermine the well-being within the company and its perception, preventing the company from getting a clear picture of the situation and taking prompt action.

Proceed to fill out the form if you have been the victim of conduct that has offended your human dignity in any way, whether ideologically or in the area of inappropriate behaviour.

This report will be sent anonymously by email to the members of the Gender Equality Committee established by Agile Lab.
