REPORTING FORM FOR SA8000 Violations

Any worker or stakeholder may submit complaints and reports in relation to facts and occurrences having the nature of abuse, offense, or illegality that have occurred in or related to the work environment and are contrary to the social responsibility principles of SA8000. 

This report will be sent anonymously by email to the members of the Social Performance Team established by Agile Lab.
